Falcon Industries manufactures a wide range of auger flights and can accommodate customizable flighting designs and material options.
Falcon has the machining and assembly capabilities to manufacture the most complicated and demanding conveyor screws to our customers’ specifications. Complete screw augers are fabricated by mounting helical or sectional flight to a shaft or pipe, with additions of a flange, hub, or other means to drive the screw.
One inherent problem with conveyor screws is wear. Falcon’s experience and expertise save our customers time and money by repairing products rather than building new ones.
Specializing in manufacturing helicoid flighting and shaftless spirals through innovative production processes, FLITECH® designs and manufactures a wide range of high-quality helicoid products that meet your specific requirements. Falcon has been in partnership with FLITECH® since 2024, making us the sole US supplier of FLITECH helical and cone-rolled products.

Falcon Industries operates two strategically located manufacturing facilities—Cosmos, Minnesota, and Medina, Ohio. This dual-location structure allows us to respond quickly to customer needs while maintaining production flexibility.
We maintain in-house cold-rolling and forming equipment designed specifically for helicoid flighting production, enabling tighter tolerances and more consistent output. In addition to helicoid flighting, Falcon offers a range of fabrication capabilities including sectional flighting, ribbon flighting, and shaftless spiral designs. These capabilities allow us to support highly customized manufacturing requirements across a wide variety of industries.
In addition to fabrication, we provide complete screw assembly services, including shaft mounting, straightening, and integration of hubs or drive components. Whether a customer needs a small custom flighting auger for a specialized machine or a large production run for industrial distribution, our manufacturing systems are built to scale efficiently without sacrificing quality or consistent lead times.
