We are a family-run business where ownership is shared amongst all our employees, and we are all committed to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Falcon Industries, Inc. is a fabricator of helical flighting and associated products in medium-run production quantities with plants in Cosmos, MN, and Medina, OH dedicated to:

Our History

Falcon is a premier supplier of custom augers and auger flighting. We form flighting out of a wide variety of alloys for industries all over the world, making conveyor and mixing screws, ribbon flighting and various other augers, and auger flighting. We manufacture all of our products to our customers’ specifications and designs, ensuring they receive the precise product required for their needs and equipment.

For over 40 years, Falcon Industries has:

  • Provided precise and consistent quality augers and flighting to our customers.
  • Sustained over a 90% on-time delivery record with less than 0.2% combined returns, rework, and quality allowances.
  • Maintained a safe work environment for our employees and created an ESOP program, so they currently own 40% of the company.
  • Held tighter tolerances than our competitors, allowing us to provide our customers with flighting that meets or exceeds their specifications and requirements.
  • Built two plants in Minnesota and Ohio to provide our customers with products at the lowest possible delivery cost with maximum flexibility.
  • Cross-trained our employees to provide some of the shortest lead times in the market.
  • Tackled tough, challenging designs on projects our competitors are unable to attempt.
  • Worked with our customers to implement actual cost savings by providing value-added services, such as machining, assembly, and manufacturing, to engineering their complete conveyor screws.
  • Produced high-quality conveyor screws and augers of all designs at a competitive price to assist in our customer’s equipment being priced attractively to their end user.
  • Owned and operated as a family business, with J. Donald FitzGerald as its CEO.
