Our willingness to push the boundaries of what’s possible allowed us to become a leading provider of customized augers and screw flighting solutions for diverse industries. Our products are formed on equipment we designed, and we know to push the equipment to the limits of the material we are forming. We form from a variety of raw materials that include carbon and stainless steels, high strength and abrasive resistant steels, alloy steels, aluminum, and titanium, and we can work with many other alloys as well.

The industries that we commonly serve

Some of the common applications that we have served include construction and agriculture equipment manufacturers in mixing and digging machinery, specialized equipment in the food processing industry, and manufacturers of conveyor systems used to transfer product and fill containers. The mining and minerals industries require large aggregate washers, which Falcon supplies flighting. Additionally, we manufacture components to move hay and other feeds for dairy farming equipment.
