Auger Flighting

Falcon specializes in manufacturing different flightings for a variety of applications and customers. Our facilities are fully equipped to supply helicoid, sectional, ribbon, and shaftless flights for a wide range of industries, as well as complete screw assemblies.

Helicoid Flight

Helicoid flighting is manufactured as a continuous one-piece helix and is commonly used in applications requiring uniform material flow and consistent pitch along the length of the screw. Falcon produces helicoid flighting from bar or plate materials to meet customer-defined diameter and pitch requirements.

Sectional Flight

Sectional flighting consists of individual flight segments that are assembled into a helix, making it well suited for applications where modular construction, adjustment, or selective replacement is required. This design allows for greater flexibility during installation and maintenance.

Ribbon Flight

Ribbon flighting features an open helix design typically specified for larger diameters or applications involving sticky or viscous materials, where reducing material buildup is critical to maintaining performance. Falcon manufactures ribbon flighting to customer-specified dimensions and material requirements.

Shaftless Flight

Shaftless flights are heavier gauge helicoid flights that are produced to outside diameter and pitch specifications with an open center.
