In addition to building to the original design, we offer value engineering and design assistance to work with you on options uniquely available from Falcon to improve the wearability or performance of your existing auger.

Falcon offers several timely and cost-effective alternatives to purchasing new equipment. We can supply a replacement auger flight manufactured to our customer’s specifications so that they can perform their own repairs. If our customers don’t have the necessary time or experience, we can bring their augers into our facilities to repair and rework the part to meet their needs. Depending on our customers’ preferences, we can offer an estimation based on their description of the damage or a quote after we’ve received the damaged screw. We are happy to discuss options with you that will satisfy your budget and time constraints.
